 Yes — we offer free estimates. Many quotes can be provided using photos and information found on-line or we can schedule an on-site visit if needed. 


  You can request a quote through our website or call/text us. Once you approve the estimate, we’ll get you on the schedule.  



Not always. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a water source, we can often complete the job while you’re away. 


  In most cases, no. We use a soft wash method for siding to safely remove dirt, mold, algae, and mildew without damaging your home.


 Yes — our cleaning process is designed to remove organic growth like algae and mildew and brighten the exterior. 


  Yes. We take precautions like pre-wetting plants, protecting sensitive areas, and rinsing thoroughly afterward. 


  House washing removes dirt and organic staining. Oxidation removal is a separate process and may require additional steps depending on the surface.    


 No — we use the correct method for each surface and take precautions to protect your home. We do recommend letting us know if painted surfaces have paint with organic pigment's


 Yes. We ask that small items be moved when possible, and we’ll work around or protect what we can. 


 We recommend:  

  • Close all windows and doors 
  • Ensure water source is working correctly
  •  Keep pets inside 
  •  Move vehicles out of the driveway, or away from the house 
  •  Clear small items from porches/patios (like potted plants or sensitive items)
  • Securing power to electrical components that are not weather proofed


 NO! You should NEVER use high pressure on roofs, especially asphalt shingle roofs. We use a very low pressure that applies a carefully formulated mix to remove the black streaks (algae) and moss build up on your roof. Typically, this is the heaviest on the North side of your home.


 Removing algae and buildup can help prevent premature wear and keep your roof looking newer longer. In fact most insurance companies either recommend this service or require it


  Results vary based on shade, weather, and surrounding trees, but most customers see results lasting 2–5 years or longer. 


 Yes — we offer gutter cleaning and can also brighten the outside of gutters (gutter stripe removal may be an additional service).

  Light rain may not affect certain cleanings, but for heavier rain or unsafe conditions we’ll reschedule. 


 Spring through fall is most popular, but exterior cleaning can be done most of the year as long as conditions are safe.  


 We stand behind our work. If you have any concerns after the cleaning, contact us and we’ll make it right. 


  If something was missed or didn’t respond as expected, we’ll evaluate and address it.
